Capito Opponent Weaving Narrative of Lies

The WVL-PAC has endorsed Shelley Moore Capito in her reelection bid for U.S. Senate. It is important to know the truth, so feel free to distribute this document from the Capito Campaign.

WVL-PAC Announces Federal and Statewide Endorsements.

The West Virginians for Life Political Action Committee (WVL-PAC) announces its endorsements to federal legislative incumbents and statewide offices in the 2020 West Virginia primary election.

Along with her endorsement by National Right to Life, Shelley Moore Capito can include the WVL-PAC endorsement in her re-election to the U.S. Senate. Capito has a 100% pro-life voting record as a senator having voted to permanently enact the Hyde Amendment. Among other key pro-life votes, she voted for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, and voted consistently to eliminate taxpayer funding for abortion giant Planned Parenthood.

Because of their 100% pro-life voting records, First District Congressman David McKinley, Second District Congressman Alex Mooney, and Third District Congresswoman Carol Miller, have all received endorsements for re-election.

WVL-PAC is pleased to announce the endorsement of Tim Armstead in the 2020 General election to serve as Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals (Division 1). “We commend Tim Armstead for his strong support for the values that have made our state family-friendly and a safe place to live and work,” said Dr. Wanda Franz, President of WVL-PAC.

In other statewide races, the following incumbent candidates have received WVL-PAC endorsements – Jim Justice for Governor, Mac Warner for Secretary of State, Patrick Morrisey for Attorney General, Kent Leonhardt for Agriculture Commissioner, and John McCuskey for State Auditor. Both State Treasurer candidates, Riley Moore (R) and John Perdue (D), have been endorsed in their primary.

WVL-PAC is the internal PAC for West Virginians for Life (WVFL), the state pro-life organization. WVFL is affiliated with the National Right to Life Committee and through education, legislation and political action is working to build a society where all human life is respected from conception until natural death.
